	Doggie Style Bakery, Boutique & Pet Spa opened in 2002 with one goal: to help you pamper your companion animal. To us, this meant that we had to find a healthy alternative to the commercial treats and foods that were available in big-box pet stores. It also meant that we needed to find products that were made in ways that were good to the environment. Long before *"going green"* was popular, Doggie Style Bakery, Boutique & Pet Spa was finding as many products as we could that were made by ethically-sound, privately-owned companies and offering them to our customers. From the all-natural pet foods that we carry (none of which were affected by the May 2007 pet food recall) to the chemical-free shampoos and products that we use in our Pet Spa, Doggie Style is a store you can trust to offer only the best for your pet.

Look around at your local pet store today and there are lots of treats that are labeled as 'natural' or 'organic' and even a few that aren't made in China. But when we started out, this was not the case. So we searched for ways that we could provide our pets, and our customers' pets, with treats that were made with fresh ingredients, whole grains, and produced locally. What's more, we wanted these treats to address the special diets that many of our canine companions need today. With these important factors in mind, the only way we felt sure that we could provide healthy treats to our canine customers was to make them ourselves. An answer that we loved because we love to cook! And cook we do...our treats are the reason that our customers love us. And, more than a few times, our canine friends have broken free from their owners and headed straight for our bakery! From birthday cakes to everyday treats, Doggie Style Bakery's treats are loved by dogs...and you can be sure that they are good for them too. Oh, did we mention that they are super-cute too!
DOGGIE STYLE BOUTIQUE We know that you need more than treats to raise a healthy puppy, and our boutique has everything you need. We've sniffed out all kinds of cute, eco-friendly, all-natural, and organic products to offer to your pooch. We even found quite a few for your cat! All of the dog and cat foods, and all of the dog chews (such as Bully Sticks, Pig's Ears, and even Rawhides) that we carry are made with all-natural, human-grade ingredients. They contain no by-products, and most are manufactured right here in North America. They all contain organic, free-range, pesticide-free and/or hormone-free meats and vegetables. They are the types of foods that you would eat, just made for your dog or cat. Our toys, apparel, ceramic bowls and treat jars, and leashes and collars are all carefully chosen. Many of these products are manufactered in the United States. But, we choose them first based on the fact that they are safe and humane for your pet. The health and safety of your pet is always first at Doggie Style. DOGGIE STYE PET SPA Our first goal at Doggie Syle Pet Spa is that your dog has a positive experience with us. Our Pet Spa is set up as welcoming environment for your canine companion. We use all-natural, chemical-free shampoos and products at no extra charge to you. Oatmeal and Aloe bathes are given to every dog (unless you request otherwise). We do not use cage dryers, elimating the concern that your pet may overheat durring the grooming process. We also provide an open environment for your pet where he or she can see what's happening at all times. Allowing your dog to view what's happening in the grooming room makes them more comfortable with their environment and less likely to get get stressed durring the grooming process. To make the grooming process even easier on your pet, we reccomend a 'socialization' visit the first time they visit us. This is a 10-15 minute visit where your dog is brought into the grooming room and allowed to simply acclimate to the environment. Your dog is then returned to you without any grooming. This allows your dog to have a positive experience with us on the first visit and makes being left with us in the future less stressful on your pet. This is not necessary, but it is a FREE service.
